Oregon Right to Life Vote Fraud!
Below is Page 2 of the 2004 "Oregon Right to Fundraise" Voters
Guide. The entire voters "guide" was a complete fraud from start
to finish, but the choice of candidates ORTL highlighted with a photo
endorsement tells the whole
story.
Notice the photo of Goli Ameri (second from the left), a Republican candidate for U.S. Congress. Ameri is a successful, articulate Iranian immigrant with a great story to tell about the opportunities available in America. So far so good. And of course, one would think, "Ameri must be pro-life, her picture is in the ORTL voters guide!"
The only problem is, Ameri is a self-professed, pro-abort radical! To her credit, Ameri never even pretended to be pro-life - she was quite candid during the campaign about her extreme abortion views. While we can appreciate her candor, as well as her love for the American dream,
what is the picture of a pro-abort candidate doing in a "pro-life" voters guide?
Could it be because ORTL has dumbed down the term "pro-life" to such a meaningless level, that ORTL will endorse anyone who promises to even
think about supporting compromised legislation such as "notification" bills, or other similar trivial nonsense - as long as they are a Republican?
The ORTL deception continued. Next to Ameri is the photo of another radical pro-abort, President George
Bush, under whose rule 8,000,000 children have been murdered by abortion since he first swore an oath to defend the Constitutional rights of all Americans. Instead of any real pro-life action, all we get from this wolf in sheep's clothes is
more warfare, and his blathering nonsense about
"stem cells" and a "culture of life." We can be confident that at least another
3,000,000 children will die before we can finally get rid of our
warcriminal-in-chief.
On the other side of Ameri is a photo of congressional candidate Jim Zupanzic, a Republican compromiser who refused to answer any abortion questions during the campaign, but was suspected of being at best a "rape and incest exception" pro-abort.
ORTL did manage to stumble into a good endorsement with the fourth candidate picked for a photo spot - Betsy Close, a solid pro-lifer and a very fine lady. Hey, one out of four ain't too bad!
So how in the world, you ask, could anyone over at ORTL give pro-abort politicians the time of day - let alone a political endorsement?
It is because ORTL has forgotten their original mission, which was to defend the rights of the unborn. Instead,
ORTL leadership has sold out to the enemies of life in order to gain access to the Republican power
brokers - and Republican money!
What a tragedy.
If you gave "Oregon Right to Fundraise" any money to fund the printing of this deceptive piece of Republican propaganda, you should demand a refund!

Note: There is some unintelligible gibberish in the fine print that differentiates between ORTF "recommended" candidates and the ORTF "endorsed" candidates. It seems the most outspoken, radical, pro-abort Republicans like Goli Ameri get a "recommendation," while the more stealth pro-aborts like Bush get an "endorsement." If anyone has the foggiest idea what kind of thoughts are floating around the minds of ORTF leadership regarding this, please drop us an email.
